Communicating and Building Relationships in an Age of New Media

The Board of Rabbis and STAR (Synagogues: Transformation and Renewal) proudly co-hosted a daylong professional development program at Temple Valley Beth Shalom to help rabbis and synagogue lay leaders better engage with the public.
Featuring such dynamic speakers as Rabbi Hayim Herring, PhD; Louise Brooks, Gary Wexler and Phil Liff-Grieff, the seminar aimed to demystify New Media and give clergy and lay leaders the tools they need to tackle everything from newspaper interviews to Twitter.
